Bedside Beauty

At the moment, I have been trying to simplifying all my beauty routines. I have my skincare routine down to 5 products, which is really good for because I was using around 8-10 products before (skincare routine). I have also simplified my beauty routine at night time, now I have more time with my bed (love of my life).

Blistex Lip Medex:
I always use a lip balm at night, I sort of over do it slightly. My lips have been really dry and chapped (ugh) at the moment and it's down to the cold weather. This Blistex Lip Medex is AMAZING, no lie. I don't think you can this exact version in the UK but there is similar version from Blistex, which good as well. One of the main ingredients in this lip balm is menthol which makes your lips feel slightly tingly (which makes me think it's working) in a good way and it works in a medicinal way to prevent chapped lips. It has really improved the condition of my lips and I definitely notice the difference in lips, if I haven't been using it.

This oil is the shit, it's so good for this time of year. I have been using it for of different things like my face but mainly for my body. The consistency of this oil, is just so easy to work with because it's so lightweight and it doesn't feel greasy. Which is good if you are like me, moisturising before bed yep you know what I mean. I don't really have time to wait for heavy moisturisers to sink in. It leaves your skin feeling really soft and moisturised. I have found if I use this oil the night before I don't have moisturise my skin the next day because it feels really hydrated and moisturised.

At the moment this is my favourite hand cream, it makes my hands feel super super soft and moisturised. I got this at a blogger's event and I had to get an extra one for my nightstand because it's amazing. It contains loads of moisturising ingredients, like shea butter and macadamia nut oil to really moisturise and lock that moisture in. Even though the consistency isn't as thick (which is a good thing) as some of the more moisturising hand creams, I found that it did a really good job at keeping my hands moisturised and hydrated. There is variety of scents that this hand creams comes in but I really like this one, it's really fresh and non offence. It comes in small handy tube which makes it good just to throw in your bag.

As you can see I don't really spend too much time on a beauty routine at night time, and one reason is because I am particularly lazy or we could say it's because less is more. Also I am spending far too much time on my phone, to really do anything more. What is your bedtime beauty routine like?
