Easy No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

I really love baking, and lately I have done quite a bit of baking. I love cheesecake, and I have been making this Oreo cheesecake loads. It taste so good and it's super easy to make and actually doesn't involve any baking so anyone can make it.

Ingredients:
2  packets of Oreo cookies
240ml of double cream
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
2 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese
100g icing sugar
3 tablespoons of butter

Method:
Crush the Oreo biscuits (leave a couple for your topping), I stick them all in the blender so much easier. Melt the butter and mix into the crushed biscuits. Then flatten the mix into your pan.
Whisk the double cream until it's thick. Then mix together the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese and icing sugar in a separate bowl. Add this to the double cream and mix together. Add to the top of the cookie base. Crumble the remaining oreo cookies on the top. Finally all you have to do is put it in the fridge, for a around 4 hours or until it's quite firm.

I told you this recipe is really really easy, you have to give it a go because it's absolutely delicious.
