BEAUTY REVIEW: CURRENT CLEANSER ROTATION

Inevitable one of the most important aspect your skincare routine is cleansing part. Cleansing is one of those chores that you have to do but you don't necessarily like. I might be weird in that I actually kinda like it, I find it very therapeutic, that is when I am too tired and actually be bothered to take my makeup up (working on it, check out the bad beauty habits I am trying to kick).

If you follow me on twitter, you already know that the Oskia Renaissance Cleansing Gel is my game changer cleanser (full review) and I will continue repurchase that cleanser probably til my last days on this Earth. However this is not to say that I won't ever use other cleansers (or I don't already). Well  I have never been a one cleanser type of girl and I have a couple on rotation.

The REN Gentle Cleansing Milk is my go to cleanser for whenever my skin is acting out and is feeling super reactive. It is very good at calming my skin down and all while still giving my skin a good cleanse. This cleanser is very hydrating, it's especially great for drier skin types and the colder months to add that much needed moisturise that the weather takes away.

The newest cleanser into my rotation is the Ermana Balm Cleanser*. It's definitely impressive, and has quickly become one that I reach for frequently. I love that balm cleansers feel super luxurious on the skin but I am not a fan of the oily residue that some of them leave behind. With this cleanser that wasn't the case at all, it just leaves my skin feel super moisturised (which I love because my skin is really dry at the moment). As it is a balm cleanser it works to give you a deep cleanse and gets rid of all dirt and grim from the day easily and it has this sort of zesty freshness (which is the added grapefruit) that makes you feel good and refreshed.

For no makeup lazy days at home, I need a super gentle cleanser and the Neal's Yard Calendula Cleanser is ideal. It's one of those no fuss, just gets the job done cleanser. It's not aggressive and it doesn't strip the skin, that is what I find most appealing about this cleanser. One that I would recommend if your skin is very sensitive.

Whenever my skin is feeling congested and not in a so good state, there's the B. Revealed Glycolic Cleanser. I like using it when my skin breaks out or for dry patches especially in the winter time. It contains glycolic acid exfoliants which work to get rid of dull dead skin cells to reveal smoother and brighter complexion.

Let me know what cleansers you have rotation.
