The Best Mascaras For Short Lashes

I am forever looking for the perfect mascara, it's a constant battle because I have the shortest lashes ever and mascaras generally don't do anything for my lashes. I have tried quite a lot of mascaras in my time and I have come across some actually good ones that work. I love a good drugstore mascara and in this post I have put together my favourite three drugstore mascaras for short lashes (at the moment).

Maybelline The Rocket Volume Express Mascara:

This was my favourite mascara for the longest time, and I have been using it ever since it came into my possession. It is really good for giving your lashes both length and volume without making it look clumpy. You can build it up really well to create longer lashes without getting that spidery look which is a no no in my book. The brush is one of these fat brush that works well to cover each lash and I find it quite easy to use as well.

SEVENTEEN Falsifeye HD Mascara:

I recently pick up this mascara from Boots and it is really good at lengthening your lashes. If it can do something for my barely there lashes then it must be one a good one. I love this mascara because it lengthens your lashes really well and it separates them making them look really defined. It doesn't do to well with volume but it is definitely well worth it and it is super affordable.

COVERGIRL Lash Blast Volume Mascara:

I was really excited to get this mascara, I have been wanting to try the Cover Girl mascaras for the longest time ever. I think this mascara is very similar to the Maybelline mascara, they have similar brushes and they do a good job at giving both volume and length to your lashes. However I did find that the formula a little to wet and there was some smudging.

If like me you suffer from short lash syndrome, then I would definitely recommend that you try both the Maybelline rocket mascara and the SEVENTEEN falsifeye HD mascara both are really great. I find the rocket gives more volume and it's a good all rounder but if you are looking for length then you have to get the SEVENTEEN mascara.
